AJATAJU* is a small Tallinn based restoration workshop where anything made of wood starts its second life.
We restore furniture, windows, doors etc. You can also order new windows and doors that are made as exact replicas of the historic ones.

Back in the days when grass was greener and the sky bluer, when time was not money yet, more effort was put in making things that last. Therefore, houses where built of timber that was solid and properly dried and every master was as good as the work they’d done. We do believe the products of that time are more than worthy of cherishing and restoring rather than discarding at the first signs of wear and tear rushing to order a new factory-produced set.

Our company was founded in 2007 and we are driven by respect for historical architecture and oldschool woodwork. We take great pride in using authentic materials in our work and choosing good timber for each project. In restoration we go by the well-known principle „change as little as possible and as much as  necessary“.
